INTERIOR DESIGN OF THE REMAX COMPANY OFFICE
Our design firm embarked on an intriguing project for Remax Realty, presenting us with a unique set of challenges and opportunities. The primary challenge stemmed from the property's distinctive architecture, characterized by an angled floor plate, coupled with limited square footage. Our objective was to craft a sophisticated and brand-aligned interior that not only resonated with Remax's identity but also maximized functionality within the available space.
Key to our approach was the need to create a versatile working environment, incorporating a boardroom, staff area, and a welcoming reception. We aimed to maintain a balance between professional sophistication and the warm, inviting ethos of the Remax brand. To achieve this, we decided to reinterpret the traditional blue color palette associated with Remax, infusing it with freshness and modernity.
Our design strategy embraced the angular aspects of the floor plan, turning a potential limitation into a defining feature. We incorporated angular shapes throughout the design, creating a sense of coherence and visual interest. In the reception area, we introduced free-flowing lighting forms, which not only serve as a focal point but also soften the angularity, offering an inviting ambiance for visitors and staff alike.
The result of our design endeavor is a dynamic and stylish interior that exudes an upbeat and timeless quality. We have crafted a space that is not only aligned with the Remax brand but also adaptable to future needs and trends.
