MULTI LEVEL RESIDENTIAL CONCEPT-263 WELLINGTON

When we were commissioned to reimagine this boutique downtown building at 263 Wellington Street West, we were thrilled by the opportunity to infuse contemporary elegance into this condominium in the heart of Toronto. Our vision for transforming the space was anchored in a warm neutral color palette, enhanced with artistic accents such as textured wall coverings at suite doors, statement carpets that serve as focal points, and meticulously calibrated lighting to unify the design.
With the corridor project now successfully completed, our focus has shifted to transforming the Lobby area. The centerpiece of our design is a custom sculptural ceiling fixture, crafted by local artisans to perfectly complement the layout of the space. This stunning light fixture is enhanced by an elegant selection of wall tiles and slabs, flooring that offers the visual appeal of vein-cut Travertino without the hefty price tag, and an overall composition that is balanced with a complementary selection of furnishings and textured wall panels.
