COMMERCIAL

INTERIOR DESIGN OF THE RONPRO COMPANY OFFICE

For this project, we were presented with several distinct challenges that required innovative solutions. The clients were transitioning to a smaller space, necessitating a strategic approach to maximize every square inch of the unit. Situated on the ground floor of a newly constructed commercial condominium, the unit came with its own set of constraints: an existing ramp, a fire hose cabinet, structural pillars and footings that could not be altered, and the absence of mechanical and fire alarm distribution systems.

The unit, though compact at approximately 1,300 square feet, needed to accommodate functional spaces for both staff and owners, all while ensuring an environment that was open, bright, and fully accessible for wheelchair use. Our design concept focused on creating a space that was not only warm and inviting but also reflective of the owners' sophisticated and artistic style. The integration of backlit artwork and select pieces of the owners' existing furniture served as the foundation for the color scheme and material selection.

One of the key features of this project was the corner location of the unit, which allowed us to harness natural daylight, enhancing the sense of openness and brightness throughout the space. This project showcases our ability to overcome spatial limitations and technical constraints, delivering a design that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, perfectly tailored to the needs and personality of the client.
