When solving a challenging Lobby layout, we balanced functionality with the need to ground the composition with a focal point – the hearth, being the best solution to cater to a Northern Climate. The idea of a blazing fireplace with comfortable seating in a luxurious space dominates the Design.
When opting for warm complimentary color palette do not forget to carefully select your accent pieces! Without a strong graphic line, the Interior risks to become an "Explosion of Beige" – a hazardous condition so prevalent in the many high rises in the city today.
