This is a case of strategic intervention where we had to balance budgets and aesthetic appeal – enhancing but not overriding the inherent aesthetic of the building! When looking into this refurbishment, we used a color palette complimentary to the existing finishes to remain – such as Lobby flooring and wood trim. While looking at keeping these elements, other areas such as furniture, typical corridor elevator tile wall covering, and lighting have been upgraded.

When it comes to illumination – it has truly the capacity to transform the appearance of a space! As first step in any project evaluation, we take great care in understanding the lighting requirements and what benefits we can reap from altering the existing conditions on site.
